Dr. Bullock completed his Ph.D at the Australian National University as an ARENA Fellow. In 2014, he was awarded the AAA Fellowship to complete the final 18 months of his Ph.D at the University of California, Berkeley. Following this, he was a postdoctoral researcher in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences department at Berkeley and a postdoctoral affiliate at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory until late 2018 when he joined the University of Melbourne.
