    Biography

    I am a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Melbourne. Prior to joining Melbourne, I was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, working with Prof. Kannan Ramchandran from 2016 to 2018. I obtained my PhD from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, advised by Prof. Michael Gastpar on 2016. I received my M.S. and B.E. degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. I also received a Dipl. -Ing. degree from Technische Universität Berlin.
