Track record includes: business innovation and rationalisation, turnover growth, partnering with universities, proposition formulation, business case development, pilots and trials with stakeholders and championing the introduction embedded generation and demand management into the Australian market. Worked extensively in Europe, Scandinavia and the Middle East winning tenders for multimillion dollar projects in UK and Switzerland, leading highly qualified professional teams of between 5 to 35 FTE in Australia, UK, Switzerland and distributed teams across countries such as USA, UK and Switzerland. Has an Australian and International reputation in the application of Distributed Resources, specialising in demand management, local generation and energy storage. Significant executive profit centre responsibility including sales, marketing and implementation of hi tech products in a variety of market segments. Strong technical background in Generation, HV and distribution protection, SCADA, Power AC DC conversion, embedded generation and demand management.
