Multifocal Multi-Colour Super-Resolved Tracking of Biomolecular Interactions
Research Overview
Designing and fabricating multi-material diffractive optical elements (DOEs) using maskless lithography to achieve broadband phase control and reduced chromatic dispersion. These microfabricated DOEs will be used for high-precision tracking of biomolecular dynamics across multiple wavelengths and focal planes.
