Van der Waals materials for advanced optoelectronic devices
Research overview
2D/Van der Waals materials offer a variety of advantages in optoelectronics, including lower surface charge recombination and thermal noise. In my project, we aim to use 2D/Van Der Waals materials to build optoelectronic devices with a focus on retinomorphic photodetectors.
